Preparation for Class
- The studio is heated to 90 - 105.
- Make sure to drink at least a half to a full liter of water in the hour before class.
- You need to bring a water bottle.
- Come on an empty stomach. No food 2.5 - 4 hours before class is ideal.
- Wear exercise shorts, a swimsuit, a leotard, or stretch pants. T-shirts are bulky; tank tops are better.
- The studio has showers and towels. Towels are rented for $1, but you can bring your own towel for free!
- We have a limited number of yoga mats available on a first-come first-served basis.
