Preparation for Class

  • The studio is heated to 90 - 105.
  • Make sure to drink at least a half to a full liter of water in the hour before class.
  • You need to bring a water bottle.
  • Come on an empty stomach. No food 2.5 - 4 hours before class is ideal.
  • Wear exercise shorts, a swimsuit, a leotard, or stretch pants. T-shirts are bulky; tank tops are better.
  • The studio has showers and towels. Towels are rented for $1, but you can bring your own towel for free!
  • We have a limited number of yoga mats available on a first-come first-served basis.
