How should I prepare?

Arrive for your first class 15 minutes early so you can register and meet your instructor.  Come hydrated and on an empty stomach.  We generally recommend that students don’t eat at least 3 hours before practicing.  Consume at least 1-2 liters of water either before you practice, or if you come early in the morning, be sure to drink water before you go to bed.  Wear fitted workout clothes that will allow you to move freely and sweat a lot. Bring a change of clothing. We have showers and changing rooms.  You will need a towel and a yoga mat, which we offer for rent at the studio, but feel free to bring your own.
